"Smiling Joe" Travels the Globe : "Smiling Joe Travels The Globe" Welcome to "Smiling Joe's" Travel Channel. Smiling Joe has been my good luck charm for about a dozen years now and has sat upon my desk over seeing the daily operations here at Bill Pador Photography. But he seems to be going stir crazy lately from being couped up all winter, so I thought it might be a good idea if he got out for some fresh air and new surroundings for a while. So I have arranged for Joe to take a quick trip to, well 'Around the World" ! With the help of some friends who just happen to be some of the most talented artists & photographers I know, Joe is going to take a journey Cris-crossing across the United States, Canada and then Over Seas to many of the most beautiful places on earth. To prove that Joe has actually gone to the places he will have stories from, he will have his photograph taken everywhere he stops. He'll be reporting in when he reaches a location, send some photos and make a journal entry with who he stays with. You'll be able to check back to this gallery and see the updates as they happen, follow his trip via screen captures from Google Earth, read statistics on how many miles he covers and most importantly see the places he visits when he sends his images in to be posted The photographers who have agreed to host Joe's stay for a few days each will send in reports on how Joe's behaving, what crazy things he's been up to and take photographic evidence of his adventure as only they can do. So far Joe is visiting 5 of the 6 Continents & scheduled for 45 Stops in (21) U.S.A. States and 9 Stops in (7) Foreign Countries: CALIFORNIA (6) - COLORADO (4) - FLORIDA (2) - GORIGIA (2) - ILLINOIS (1) - IOWA (1) - LOUISIANA (1) - MASSACHUSETTS (2) - MICHIGAN (1) - NEBRASKA (1) - NEW HAMPSHIRE (1) - NEW JERSEY (2) - NEW YORK (1) - NORTH CAROLINA (1) - OHIO (7) - OREGON (1) - PENNSYLVANIA (3) - TENNESSEE (1) - TEXAS (4) - UTAH (1) - VIRGINIA (2) COUNTRIES - CANADA (2) - UNITED KINGDOM (2) - BELGIUM - FRANCE - AUSTRAILIA - INDIA - AFRICA So stay tuned to this gallery for some exciting updates on Joe and some of the most beautiful places on earth !
