Bill Pador > Added 8/13/08-(#3 of 9) This old train is located near my home and is part of a small DISPLAY I guess you would call it of 3 very old train cars & ca-buss. I liked the way the windows were frosted over giving it a Ghostly effect against the blue sky in the background and the hills of rock in front of it.
Bill Pador > "MagicalFloating Train" I shot this train at the 'USMA West Point' when I was trying to figure out my settings for the crappy light & haze that fell over the POINT that day. In testing I managed to shot this HAPPY ACCIDENT where the wheels of the trucks being towed by the train disappeared making it appear that they were floating on the train beds
Bill Pador > "The Horse Train" DESCRIPTION: This image has not been manipulated other then the selective color finish. 2 horses were walking toward me when one dipped his head and the shot was taken. Bill Pador > This is the back side of an old Caboose that must have been repainted recently. It had some really good vivid color combinations on it along with good contrast & saturation. If you look into the mesh window guard you can actually see the clear blue sky through the window on the opposite side that bleeds through the image adding to the awesome color contrast & saturation here.
